What we help buyers with

A clear requirement.
A considered supply route.

You may have a detailed specification or a requirement that needs more definition. We help establish what is needed before proposing a way forward.

  1. 01

    Understand the requirement

Clarify the intended use, quantities, destination and timescale, including the details that will affect product selection.

  2. 02

    Identify suitable options

Review relevant products and supplier options against the brief, and identify questions or constraints to resolve.

  3. 03

    Put the details in writing

Clarify specifications, dimensions, finishes and quantities, then prepare a quotation setting out the proposed supply arrangement.

  4. 04

    Coordinate the agreed order

Liaise with suppliers and confirm order and delivery details in line with the specification and terms you approve.

Experience that supports the service

The details matter
before an order
is placed.

Our experience comes from the practical work behind product supply: handling specifications, clarifying product details, speaking with suppliers and confirming what is being ordered.

Discuss your requirements
What products can TDF help with?

Our established product experience includes composite doors, door furniture and hardware, fabric door stops, draught excluders and related accessories. Stationery and office supplies are an additional sourcing category: share your product list and specifications so we can assess suitable supply options.

Do you install the products you supply?

No. TDF is supply-only. The buyer arranges installation and any required site survey. For door orders, customer/installer-approved measurements, the specification and delivery information must be confirmed before we release the order.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the product, supplier and supply arrangement. Share the quantity and units you need; any minimum order requirement will be confirmed in the quotation.

How long will supply take?

Lead times depend on the specification, quantities, supplier availability and delivery arrangements. Tell us your required date so we can assess it. The applicable lead time will be stated in the quotation; submitting an enquiry does not reserve stock or a delivery date.

Can you assess products outside the catalogue?

Yes. Share your specification, quantity and delivery requirements. We’ll assess suitable supply options and confirm whether we can help.

How is a quotation prepared?

We review your brief and clarify any missing details before proposing suitable available options. The quotation sets out the specification, quantity, pricing, delivery arrangements, lead time, payment terms and precise supply arrangement. Terms are agreed for that requirement.

Who checks product suitability and documentation?

Tell us the intended use and any technical or documentation requirements at the outset. We’ll establish what product information is available for the proposed supply. The buyer must review and approve suitability against its project requirements and obtain any specialist advice needed before ordering.

What if I want to stock TDF products for resale?
